We understand that unexpected situations can happen. Therefore, our return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and supportive while maintaining clear conditions to ensure smooth operations for all parties involved.

Eligibility for Returns
-Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items received.
-Requests for returns must be made within 10 days of delivery.
-Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
-Products damaged due to mishandling, misuse, or non-standard storage are not eligible for return.

Return Process

Our team will guide you through the steps and provide the nearest return address depending on your region.
Please do not return items without prior authorization from our support team, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Refund Method
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue store credit equivalent to the item’s value.
Store credits can be applied toward future purchases and do not expire. Refunds to original payment methods are not available under this policy.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order is processed, cancellations can no longer be accommodated.

Additional Notes
We reserve the right to deny return requests that do not meet the above criteria.
